Meet the Chefs
Chef Michele M. Powers, R.D. attended the School of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After receiving her Associates Degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts, Michele felt that she could do more through the therapeutic uses of food. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Nutrition, a program that combined science classes with cooking labs such as spa, vegetarian, and athletic-performance cuisine. Read More
Chef Joan became a registered dietitian after studying at the University of Dayton and completing her dietetic internship in Chicago. Joan grew up on a farm and is passionate about going “back to the basics” with her cooking. She has joined forces with NutrientChef to help provide high-quality meals for busy people. Read More
